Shitennoji Temple is an absolutely stunning Buddhist Temple. There is hardly anyone who goes to it and it is also free to see. The Temple is made up of two primary buildings. One that has an alter in it where you may leave offerings, and then a six story tower that is filled with golden placs.
You are not allowed to take photos inside of the temple buildings but you may outside of it. I really recommend going as it is a very good example of a temple.
