On top of a 233 meter/ 764 ft you can take a walk on the outside of the tower. Yes it seems crazy but if you get a chance do it. It is so much fun! You have someone who straps you in and then your off to the outside of the building. Right next to where you walk out there is bungie jumping going on for those who wish to take the plunge.
I however went for the walk. It is amazing and terrifying all at the same time.
